  • Very helpful. Appreciate the video

  • Can this be installed on a concrete basement floor?

  • I have a few more seams showing now... did you have any problem closing them?

  • Just put some in laundry and mud room thanks for demo

  • @cowlipz That should hold up nice. Thanks for watching.

  • Great floor, but you weren't suppose to remove the adhesive paper protector prior to laying them down and you should've used a hair blower or heat gun to heat up the glue strips a little it helps them glue down to each other much better and preventing them from lifting up form each other when you damp mop them .

if they do lift up from one another just heat up the stip and rool it down with a rolling pin, otherwise I really like the floor.

  • @Taxminia0311 Thanks for the good tips.

  • this was very helpful thanks!!

  • @aimeewilson123 You're welcome.

  • Great video... only you don't have to worry about expanding and contraction. Since it is Vinyl you can place it directly against the wall.

  • @myiphonejournal Probably right but it was suggested to leave a 1/4 inch gap.

  • thanks so much

  • @xzayviyo :)

  • Love it...about to do mine today. Love your Canadian accent and clear instructions and details. Helped a lot, thank you.

  • Respond to this video... Good luck. Thanks for watching.

  • great video how much did it cost

  • @xzayviyo I think it was just under 300.00

  • @xzayviyo If I remember it was two something.

  • So are you still happy with this floor?

  • @edge88000 Yes, it is holding up great.

  • Great video. Well done and very clear instructions. What color is the flooring you put in?

  • @xhenwa Thank you. I think it was Sonoma (something) If I can get to the box I will get back on that one.

  • If your looking for a waterproof allure check out the allure ultra....its a click type construction without the adhesive....

  • Allure is not waterproof....its highly water resistant

  • Well done. Thank you.

  • @johnatncsu Thanks.

  • Great job on your video! I decided on the Allure Trafficmaster based on the waterproofness and no glue design, and I am chomping at the bit to get it down, since I think I can do it myself! Your video was very helpful and makes me more confident....

  • @dressagepinky Thanks for the comments. Once you get your starter row done it goes pretty fast.

  • Hi! We are thinking of putting in the Allure wood vinyl planks. A lot of people commented on the odor. Did you notice an odor with yours? If so, how long did it take to disappear? Thanks!!

  • @MsCakerat Hi, I noticed it while installing it. Kind of like a new car smell. Butt no odor. A larger area than I did would probably last a few days. They basically suggest staying away from heated floors. My floor has been down for a few months now and we are pretty happy with it. Thanks for watching.

  • Thank you for this video! Very helpful & informative! Just picked up our vinyl flooring from the big "Orange" place and am anxious to get started! BTW - love your doggie!!

  • @lisaluvsjoee Thanks for the comment. Chewey still likes the floor LOL.

  • The laminate floor was installed before the cabinets. Had to cut it out around all the edges with a saws all.
