Illegal immigrants have human rights, they do not have legal rights. But don't worry, this law does not allow officers to pull over hispanics and detain them solely on their race. The hispanics must first be pulled over or detained for other legal reasons and then if the officers suspect them of being illegal, then they can ask for citizenship proof. And if they're legal then they have nothing to worry about, in fact they can be proud that they actually obeyed the law.
