I like what you come up with and how your altering the sounds & beats. The next step up for you would be Making more changes in the actualy molody & rythem instead of playing the same one over & over again with just different efects. The efects sound good so keep that up but do something a litle more to make it interesting. I dont mean to sound over critical because the software may limit some of what you would like to do but I would like to here something with actual melodychanges. Good job

The software does favor tweaking effects and instrument voices much more than writing complex melodies on the fly. You have sixteen pattern slots, which is enough to make simple, interesting songs, but you can't continuously tweak the instruments while you're switching patterns.

So, in a nutshell, it's not a platform that lets you easily and intuitively play complex melodies on the fly.

Yea I know what you mean though. It would be realy awsome if each pattern could have different sounds but I have found one way to make it sound like you are using a different sound is to  use voices that when you change the pitch and legato enough go from sounding like one voice to another. Creating sounds that can be used like that is tricky though.

sounds good. The begining was a bit bland for too long though. The last quarter of the song sounded nice and full though.

Now if only they'd come up with a MIDI interface so for it so you could synch it with something other than another DS it would be almost perfect :-)
