as far as i know the jap. title of the song is 'kimi ga boku no uta wo kiitara' as it's 'hear my song' and 'shi' means mainly 'death' (sometimes used as 'poem' but its kind of sad poem)

this song is on his concert dvd 2006 called 'ru guo ni tin jian wo de ge' If you hear my song except the one on the DVD is him live singing and its in mandarin but the tune is the same :)
