If i had a dog i would dress him or her up!! it does not mean i am abuseing him/her. if you think dressing your dog/cat up is abuse .. then your dumb. animal abuse is when someone neglects, abandons, does not feed, or water, hits, kicks, does not take your pet to the vet when he/she is sick, does not walk your pet to get the peoper exercise thats needed, chains him/her up to the fense in the direct sun light ..

It isn't always cruel. My mom's dog likes to dress up. If she hears you open the drawer to the dresser that has her clothes in it, she runs in the room. You can hold the sweater or dress open and she will stick her head through, then she prances around. :)
