Oh how I loved kicking there ass in 85 and beating them at drums yeehaaaaaaa & green lancers and the potty heads who overblew everytime......you cant beat quality with quantity chaps hehehehehe
I saw Dagenham at the West Chester, PA contest when they were on the US tour. I enjoyed them greatly, still remember the arrangement of 'Norwegian Wood' fondly.
Still have their pin I picked up on my Westshoremen corps jacket lapel, and there it will always stay. Thanks for sharing, great memories, and a darned nice corps. :)
Yep - there's a whole documentry on the US visit. Not sure if much interest to the general community (or am I wrong?) but get in touch and I'll send you a copy.
This is a blast from my past that I will never forget. This was the year the Crusaders went to the States to compete against the Yanks. It was a great year for us, I would love to see more videos if there are any of the Crusaders. It was lovely to see the faces of the people I marched with all those years ago, even my little brother. Thanks for the memory TheP01nt.
This is step-up from everything pre 1983, compared to Green Lancers Dagenham were much better. HOwever if it is almost a carbon copy of Blue Devils 76-80
Thanks for posting--we played "Festival Prelude" my sophomore year of high school marching band.

Is that the one that Channel 4 did with the Northern Bloke? Can't remember his name.
Would be of interest though, doesn't harm a few old memories.
Thanks
