  • can you make more videos on astral travel tips please

  • My god you people are a bunch of paranoid hysterics. What's on that big bad census for that has you so scared? You do realize census information is used to calculate populations and how to best distribute resources dependent up on populations?

  • If questions not answered you will be fined…Then answer questions: “Not Applicable”

  • Article #5 of the Bill of Rights is not an Amendment to the Constitution. It’s an actual article drafted into original bill. Amendments are changes to original document after passed into law…. Simply respond; “Reservation under Article #5 of Bill of Rights” Again: Article #5 is not an amendment….Never respond by writing Fifth Amendment.

  • You do offer some good advice. but damnn..how your present your material is horrible. Don't be scared talking into the camera bud.

  • Please see my video called:

I GOT THE 2011 CENSUS AND I FIND IT VERY INTRUSIVE TO MY RIGHT TO PRIVACY

Here is the link to it below:

  • @DEBS1980 +1 to this

  • Miranda is a warning not a right :(

Cops can use non-reply (acquiescence) as an admission to contract if you have already been speaking (contracting) with them.

So be careful! Or you'll be forced into saying "no comment" all night.

  • Did this work? the census has come around again, and i dont wanna fill it in.

United States is a corporation, as is the UK and probably every other country, and they own your ass through your birth certificate.

  • STOP ACS NOW

This is an outright attack on your right to privacy. The Census acts like a scam artist would, asking you to answer highly personal questions then using fear of fines/jail should you fail to respond to their survey.

Call 1-800-962-3524 (Capitol) - Ask for your congressional leader’s phone #s. Tell them your complaints then demand they make the American Community Survey VOLUNTARY by supporting and passing Bill HR 3131!

    Google:

    track+gov+bill+hr+3131

  • when census workers show up at my house, I ask THEM some questions: 1. do you have asthma? Do you have heart problems? If they answer "no" to both of those I mace them.... hahahaha

  • Haha. You're free to be silently thrown in jail.

  • STOP ACS NOW!

Only a very naive person would fill out the American Community Survey or the ACS with all the risk associated with the need to protect personal security. History shows, between 1942 and 1947, the data that was collected by the census bureau was handed over to the FBI and other organizations, at the request of President Roosevelt, and that’s how the Japanese were rounded up and put into the internment camps...Read more - Google search - washington+watch+bill+h.r. 3131

  • The reason they ask for names is to rule out fraud or so people are not counted twice.

  • I only answerd the first question. I won't even bother writing in "5th Amendment" on all there other stupid questions. Let them come and get me! I don't give a shit! I'm losing my damn house, anyway!

    Good vid, though!

  • I only told them how many people lived here. No names, and in the race box I put human. all other fields I left blank.

  • just write 5th ammendment on all the other questions. if they don't stop talking just ask them about miranda rights. then ignore them for 10 seconds, and shut the door in their faces. RECORD ALL OF THIS WITH YOUR PHONE OR DIGI-CAM. if they kick your door, you've got a lawsuit.

  • Its simple, only fill in the 1st question, "how many folk live in your home?" then write a little note explaining the 5th.

  • @TheBoHoBoy No. You can't do that. There is a confusion going on, because there's the 10 year census which is allowed in the constitution, but you only have to say # of people are living there, no other data. Then there is one called the American Community Survey. That's the one that really asks 72 questions that are none of the govt's buisness.

United States Code is a statute

    Title 13

    Chapter 7

    Subchapter II

    Section 221

Which must be in and limited to the provisions of the Constitution.

  • I did this. It works, invoked 4th and 5th, info is correct,. no response from census in two months.

  • If you do not exercise your rights they will dwindle away.

  • Listen to this one - I work for the census and at first it was; if you didn't want to answer most of the questions, other than the number of people and names, you were left alone. Now, the census is sending ALL incomplete questionaires back to us enumerators to be completed. Either by the home dwellers, their neighbors or I can look up their information online or at city hall! I might quit if they really push me for this.

  • @miketonon - Contact a reporter working at the below website

who is writing a story about the 2010 Census. They need ex-Census workers and others to report abuse and/or fraud regarding the Census. The American

Community Census is the most corrupt branch of government yet.

    google the following:

  • Nicholas, you are awesome. Your lucidology videos 101 and 102 are great, and I really enjoyed this one too. Keep it up!

  • what did they say?

  • Questions 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 9 are definitely unneeded. Questions 6 and 7 should only be asked by the state and local governments, not the feds. They can be useful for stuff like gender ratio and age, which can be used to tell how many people are unemployed before retirement age, how likely there is to be gangs in the neighborhood, etc. But for race, I would just put "American", and as far as if I am of Latin decent, I would put "How should I know?" Too bad I'm not an adult yet...

  • Is there a web page/ pdf with all the questions on the census? If so, can you PM me the URL?

  • Sorry, I posted this comment before I looked at the links.

  • @fuunystuff25

Local sewage calculates the amount of poo and waste that they process for those numbers . . . there is no reason to ask about toilets.

More importantly . . . would you have given the same answer if they asked how often you take a dump?

I.E. "the asking about poo is to know the sewage for the city"

Never think that local governments / agencies are unable to maintain their own records vs the federal governments . . . look at Social Security and Medicare and you will see why!

  • the toilets is to know the sewage for the city

  • @fuunystuff25

the city does that, it is not a federal function

  • ....... If ppl notice... The 1st question (# count) is in a light blue box, As where the rest of the ?'s are not.

It's kind of like the Census is telling you that's the only question that matters.

  • You are only required to be read your miranda rights*

  • You can only use your miranda rights when being held by a police officer for questioning.

  • thats what i was thinking too, i dont think he can use it here

  • The form I go today is 12 pages long and has

many personal questions that do not pertain

to a census. It should be just a head count and

that is all. Which is question one on the front cover.

  • Does the 5th amendment apply to citizens when they haven't been arrested? Isn't it the rights of the criminally accused?

"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime...nor shall be compelled in any CRIMINAL CASE to be a witness against himself..."

I don't think you can just refuse to answer these questions based on the 5th.

But I am all for civil disobedience. Especially toward our government who has apparently forgotten its role.

  • Great job and thanks for uploading this. This will really irk those in the corrupt Census Bureau who want Americans to be ignorant of their rights.

  • Of all the govt entities to worry about, the census is the least of my worries. The government already has most of the information from other agencies anyways and in much more depth than the 10 year form in your video.

What about all the information private entities collect about us? Hell, the IRS gets a lot moer personal dontcha think?

  • It's not that big of a deal... I filled out my census info in less than 3 minutes. It just wanted to know how many people, our names, and our nationality origin. (All completely rational questions.) There's no question about how may toilets, etc. I don't see why this is such a big deal for some people.

  • @tendrae People have the right to make videos of whatever they wish. I don't know what this guy's other videos are about, but he didn't make them specifically for you and it's your own problem if you don't like hearing your own rights as a citizen. LDT has the right to free speech and while you have the same rights, you do not have the right to harass people for voicing their opinions and ideas. If you wish to unsubscribe to his videos you may do so but the rest of us have no wish to know that.

  • I'm thrilled looney tunes like Day and his "Fifth Amendment" buddy here are misleading gullible, uneducated, ignorant fools. The few of them counedt, the less they'll have representation in the Congress, and the less money will be spent on them and their needs--which is all the more for the rest of us who do answer it.

  • @Zootallors If you had payed attention to the video, you would know he wishes for the 'amount of household residents' question to be answered while the rest can be considered private information. I am still considered a minor yet I seem to have more intelligence than people like you when it comes to politics. Listen before coming to conclusions next time.

  • The census isn't even legally required to do, all you have to do is say that you live in the household. It's pointless to write "5th amendment" all over it.

  • They've been taking the census since Washington.

  • Your right of silence only pertains to interrogation in Criminal cases... Isn't it?

  • No, the constitution only permits for the citizens to be counted, the rest is illegal in fact, these additional questions are profiling citizens for God knows what and are unconstitutional and against the law. No doubt looking to further milk and take advantage of all those who are hard working honest people who have honestly come by their lifestyle, and looking to take it away with further illegal personal taxes and to give it to their cronies or illegals. We are choosing to leave the country.

  • the right of silence existed prior to the 5th. One has a right to remain silent at all times....before, during, and after charges if any are brought against you.

  • Keeping answering and listening to "them" enforces the illusion about authority. So stop complying before you start believing they have authority to do whatever they want.

  • The government can ask any questions it wants. Title 13 provides no language to indicate that Americans are required to respond to census questions. The penalty for not answering census questions does not require Americans to respond although it may persuade Americans to answer.

  • one time this police officer couldn't find a suspect who broke this ladies window at my school and he said it was me and he had pictures of my foot prints, i was prosecuted for foot prints of a shoe everyone has. the only reason the charges were dropped is because i didnt come to school that day.i never looked at cops the same way again and never will

  • Its really getting crazy in America, in truth we are already in a phase such as is seen in Enemy of the state, and that of Minority Report is soon upon us, & that of V for Vendetta a silent peaceable show of unity against tyranny & fascism may be in order. Or just move away from the US & let them lose all the good folks to other peaceable more fair kindly nations which still exist. Tiered of horrible corruption, high taxes bad govt services crime & war upon war pd for by our taxes. PEACE not War

  • Only free human beings can refuse to answer all census questions. Are you free?

  • @TheMrnonviolent Very true and majority don't even realize what this means.

  • @TheMrnonviolent You got that right..

  • In the uk, "THE UNITED KINGDOM", is registered on company database websites, along with every coucil, police force and any other kind of "authority".

  • Awesome Nick, you think perfectly! :-)

  • Here's the only problem with your thesis... the Fifth Amendment, if you read it (it's on Wikipedia) specifically refers only to questioning with regard to "capital, or otherwise infamous crime(s)". While there is no constitutional requirement that you answer the questions, you are not protected by the Fifth Amendment from any laws there may or may not be with regard to answering census questions.

  • @lekoman The 5th Amendment states you cannot be compelled to be a witness against yourself in a criminal case. In order for them to punish you for not answering a census question they'd have to make it into a criminal case, and then of course you simply invoke your 5th Amendment right to remain silent. Your right to remain silent is well established by Supreme Court rulings, see the 1966 decision Miranda v. Arizona.

  • @LucidDreamTricks Your right to remain silent is indeed well established if - and ONLY IF - you are being investigated for a crime. That's the only thing the Fifth Amendment protects you against. "Simply invoking your fifth amendment right to remain silent" does not protect you from being punished for violating the law requiring you to complete your census form. It just means they'll use other evidence against you. Such as the unanswered form you return to them. You'll still get busted for it.

  • Census has become all about control, usurping of rights, privacy, dignity, they will demand to sniff you & your children's butts in the next census at this rate. Answer the legal census question which is only to take a head count of the populous of each area. See Freedom to Fascism by Aaron Russo, check out UN Agenda 21, find out what's going on in your nation & start standing up for your rights before you HAVE NONE. If we lay down like rugs we will be slaves soon. Have some balls just say no.

  • @lekoman

Your right & your plain wrong. I know because I am on the "inside." The only constitutionally requirement is a head count, verification of address. What is included are some other politically correct information about: "gender", "ethnicity", etc. The only information that is part of the census is "house ownership." There may be a separate form that will be distributed about income, but that is yet to surface. You are within your rights to refuse any information that is not basic.

  • @lekoman Aside from LucidDreamTricks' response to your comment, the 1st Amendment providing freedom of speech enables the ability to not speak. If you have the freedom of speech, you may choose to not say anything.

  • Nice not a lucid dream trick but hey its nice to see some one is not consenting Americans don't consent =D here are some of my favorite channels about FREEDOM, RP4409, the anti terrorist, cveitch, ridelyreport, checkpointusa, im subscribe to many so if you want to know more just message me and thanks when i get my census i am so doing this 5 stars.
