Apparently most people missed when he said you can choose the way you are manipulated. Anyone who would even think for a second that he was being serious about voting have zero understanding of this man, or his music. And ghosts, he didnt sell out. It's hard to say with Keenan. I think he's the type that loves screwing with people's heads and he enjoys acting as well, but he might actually be serious in this case. However, he's also very intelligent and has to realize that the choice of two lizards isn't a choice at all and not voting is, in itself, also a vote. A vote of no confidence in the system.
