  • Cheers for the encouragement =D I got my lifts up from some pretty dismal numbers with Starting Strength, but then I found it horrendously difficult to eat until I felt sick at every meal as Rippetoe seems to demand, so it became a very long process and my conditioning took a nosedive. On mainsite Crossfit WODs now and the strength is no worse.
