You have the water too high, he doesn't feel safe, he's trying to get out and I think your going to exhaust him. From all the experts on bearded dragon I've viewed (and read) they say you need to make sure the water is just to the middle of his legs and no higher. I'd lower the water if I were you - that poor little guy is stressed out.

ollie082 is right they r from australia and it is pretty dry out there i bath both my beardies once every 2 weeks though if ther lucky they don't like water just squirt them just so they can shead there skin , they like heat and humidity but ollie082 been a angry tit!! forgot that infact beardie's do infact find water pool's in the wild and bath them selves r and emm beardies do need humidity how to create humidity water and heat so this conversation is about ollie the australian dumb fuck!
