If you dedicate a good chunk of time Every Day to your own personal growth, whether it be through videos, books, self-help audio, contemplation, journal, teaching what you've learned to younger guys, going out, talking to any and everyone to improve communication, making new connections, achieving new perspectives on everything, you'll never stagnate. Like he said, it's cool to take a week off every now and then... I've been at it almost every day for 18 months. So worth it.
