FIr.... just kidding ok so the splashing of the kids while humoruos can be very dangerous and these people need to stop. What do you suppose they will have to say for them selves when inevitably at some point in the future while doing this thier car hydroplanes and they lose control and kill or injure several children? What if theres a pothole under the puddle thats not clearly visable or a chunk of concrete that blows thier tire and the same scenario ensues? Sop the stupidtity it is dangerous.
