  • its called an otocinclus, i still have it, and i bought it from the pet store i work in.

  • What's that white stuff in the back? Looks like dead grass or roots or something...

  • those are exposed roots from the plants...

  • yeah mine is elevated bubbles still pop and hit it. Whell at least its not saltwater or it would be a big problem!!! I think it should be fine

  • itll be fine...i say u dont really need the bubbles as long as u got a good filter...specifically a canister one!

  • Hope no ghost shrimp were harmed in the changing of your tank environment. Otherwise I'd call the guy that environmentalist that's always on the news to go check out your tank... ;)

  • shrimps are all good!!!

  • I am just setting up my 29 gallon i have the same light as you except 2 bulb and there are bubbles that are poping and little water drops hit the bulbs is this going to be a problem or is it ok for the bubbles to pop and hit the bulbs

  • mine dont do anything, but just to be on the safe side, see if u can get it higher....isnt yours elevated?

  • what type of subtrate is that? by the way looks great. What happened to the driftwood?

  • driftwood was disintegrating, plus it had a lot of string algae and black moss...decided to take it out before it causes problem..
