Nice Spin. I disagree with you assessments. proportional rep is no awnser to Canadian politics. Rep by pop will break the confederation of Canada. Canada needs a strong central government in order to pull all vast regions and people together. Alberta through Quebec are doted with a growing number of subgroups with agenda's all there own these groups could take advantage of rep by pop and is reason enough to oppose changes to democratic process. Party politics rules and keeps likes togeter
