  • How do you remove the weight after finishing the exercise ? 

  • There is absolutely no way I would EVER recommend this kind of exercise to a client. This has got to be one of the most DANGEROUS exercises I have ever seen.

  • everybody we need to make "inshape4u" a partner so he can do longer videos post to other vids to get this reconised and if loads of us send e-mails or something they'll atleast thing about it

  • Hi, I do arm weightd at the moment and been doing it straight for 12 weeks, But my arms go long ways to gain muscle, but when I turn around like the other angle, they still skinny, they don't grow width ways

    How do you do this?

    1:32 'towel wrapped around you bar for padding" sounds funny. that in junction with the image that appears later. lol im being immature now

    but i prefer the towel exercise for the chest though

  • Have you tried this exercise, but instead of placing a bench behind your back, do the dips between two stools, which brings your hands more to the side of the body, instead of behind your back? It seems more natural, (but may not be as effective?)

  • I can barely lift 12lbs. that excercise looks too hard. you need incredible strength, not that I would need to build my chest up anyway. Im a woman. but you men go ahead. I'll just watch and then turn my head when you notice me staring. :-)

    I wouldn't sweat that unless it's something you really want to do. The content and information in the videos is much more important than the picture quality.

    Either way, keep up the great work because I'm sure your videos are helping a lot of people.
