that's right i did this a few months ago, and i already had the tune up utilities since 2007 with its license. if you wants to do this i recommend you to get the license of the program, its around 30dlls and its very useful

well i dunno for sure, but i remember that yher was a program called LogonStudio Vista, in wich you can create and apply logon vista screens, but i dont remember if there's a program to change the loading screen. try it with tuneup utillities 2008 i think that it already is a windows vista compatible

well as a matter of fact its really simple. you just need to install a program called "tuneup utillities 2007". this program includes an option called "tuneup styler 2" in wich you can change the loading screen and the login screen of the OS.
