Texas needs Equal Parenting and do away with the Child Support/Welfare tax free incentive. The state receives a Federal matching contribution for child support they COLLECT which makes it difficult get rid of. I say balance the state budget in some other way then to destroy families.

Do lawyers have an interest in a coup d'etat or when the feds commit crimes against humanity? Where do you go when you're psychologically tortured for 3 and half years and your family is forced to sign NSLs and conduct Psy-ops experiments on you? How can I be denied a lawsuit or to speak with an attorney?

hey how are u i whent to a court but it was a childsupport court with no judge and they forced me to pay 500 dollars until the end of the month or i would get a bench warrant but im not working and im in assistance on welfare i havent been working for a while and i do looke for work but i dont wanna go to jail if i cant find a job i dont mind paying is just that im not working and hve no income can u help me out in this thanks

@rocky3557: I'm going through a divorce myself. How does the judge know which person pays for child support? My mother in law is asking for child support. How is that possible? She's not my spouse. My wife is too lazy to apply for child support. Can your mother in law do that?
