I am indifferent towards Jay. However, what he did is a dick move. There seem to be a trend with him too, he did it once with Letterman, now with Conan. I mean if you agree to give it up 5 years ago then have some dignity and give it up. You can't just take your old job back just because your new job doesn't work well for you. Go try and see if anyone out there is able to do the same thing. Go ask your former boss for your job back after you quit. See if it's okay?!

..except Jay didn't quit. He was told the show would be handed over to Conan in 2009; NBC didn't ask for his consent. I wonder why no one is calling Conan out for agreeing to take the job under those circumstances. However you feel about Leno, you can't say, judging from the ratings, that his job performance was unsatisfactory. I don't tend to watch late night talk shows and have no strong feelings about either guy, but I do think people aren't holding Conan to the same standard ethics-wise.
