t's not just the music with this band, it's what they represent, they were ,youth revolutionarys in their day. We as kids in the sixties were fed music like, catch a falling star by Perry Como, on top of old smokey, blah, blah, bands like the stones and others blew the scene open, just like the punks tried to repeat in the 80's, music for the people, rock star without formal music training. scared the sh*t out of the establishment, short lived however, establishment won in the end.
