To be honest truth exercise should be the key not diet. Nelly the singer basically eat everything he wants and still get that awesome body. Food deprivation only works temporary, i cant believe an average male only eat 1500 cal/day this is suffering and wont work long.
Diet is the most important unless your are extremely genetically gifted.. Nelly is probably one of these assuming he can eat everything he wants like you said.. A solid muscle diet is not equal to food deprivation you are wrong! You just have to eat the right food at the right time! Can a body actually denies all the craving especially in a place where everything is available and accessible? If yes, will it be good for oneself? Eating 1500 calories a day will work just fine, as long as you get enough protein to maintain your muscle mass. You will burn fat as energy with makes up for the lack of cals ,if you do the right diet (which is more important than exercise).
@sil3ntmode You're retarded, diet is 80% working out is 20%. You need to eat a caloric surpluss to gain muscle, and eat a caloric deficit to lose body fat simple as that. Abs are made in the kitchen.
@sil3ntmode male is 1900 not 1500, women are 1500 and for working out i eat typically 6000 cals a day, if you want to gain mass you have to eat and alot but only good food and to slow your metabolism eat before bed... and a low cal diet would come more when you really want to drop your fat % but even then if you exercise correctly with a high cal intake you wont gain much fat

@mcrolla102 dont starve urself... eat raw foods,drink 3L water a day and intense interval training...... and rest... if u want to do ab exercises try hanging from a chin up bar and do leg raises & when ur out walking suck in ur gut and tense ur abs...through out ur training keep in mind that u cant spot reduce so train ur whole body ....

@fesuma with a very strict nutrition, and 5 times a week exercise, you can achieve to burn 1 % body fat in about 2 weeks. Keep in mind with the right exercise and nutrition ONLY.. I just achieved to go down to 9% my goal is 7%.. and it took me about 2 weeks to burn off that %..

Sorry but I still see a little bit of love handles. Just a little bit. You need to do more obilique workouts and eat a stricter bodybuilding nutrition diet. Like Brown rice, whole grains and oats. Vegetables,fruits, soybeans, fish, chicken breast, eggs, egg whites and a steak/beef protein called Carnivor. Eat a very strict diet almost everyday. It worked for me.

@mcrolla102 dont starve urself... eat raw foods,drink 3L water a day and intense interval training...... and rest... if u want to do ab exercises try hanging from a chin up bar and do leg raises & when ur out walking suck in ur gut and tense ur abs...through out ur training keep in mind that u cant spot reduce so train ur whole body ....

@fesuma with a very strict nutrition, and 5 times a week exercise, you can achieve to burn 1 % body fat in about 2 weeks. Keep in mind with the right exercise and nutrition ONLY.. I just achieved to go down to 9% my goal is 7%.. and it took me about 2 weeks to burn off that %..

@fesuma ya thats possible larger abdominals are easier to see even in body fat over 10 % if you get your bf to around 7 like this guy youl have some killer abs. That or you could be seeing crunch lines

@luisRRR69 youre just jealous, overdeveloped traps take away from shoulder width anyway. Every gym in the world is full of horrible roided out monsters with bigs saggy pecs and overdeveloped traps. But how many with wide shoulders and good proportions? You could count them on one hand.

@luisRRR69 He looks fine. Doing traps makes you look like a muscle bound block and you will always look like absolute crap in a suit. It also makes your neck look short. To me you look like a cobra when you build traps.

Sorry but I still see a little bit of love handles. Just a little bit. You need to do more obilique workouts and eat a stricter bodybuilding nutrition diet. Like Brown rice, whole grains and oats. Vegetables,fruits, soybeans, fish, chicken breast, eggs, egg whites and a steak/beef protein called Carnivor. Eat a very strict diet almost everyday. It worked for me.

protein shakes...and have chicken or fish in a container and bring it to work heat it up..you must have 10mins to prepair it for the next day n eat your small meals you precontained every 2 hours 5 - 6times a day
