everyone says the dresses are too revealing but i didnt even notice until i saw the comments. and yes I am a straight guy, I am just a Jesus Freak who chooses not to let Satan put impure thoughts in my head about these women. so.. yeah maybe its a guy thing but I just seen 3 beautiful dancers pouring their heart out to God.. Nothing about hteir clothes was sexual or inappropiate.

I think someone must just have a dirty mind.. You know, almost anything could b looked at from that perspective..

@ShondaLeigh If it's any consolation, I don't see it either. It's far worse at the beach (where everyone involved in this production lives) or in any professional dance environment that takes itself seriously. At some universities just here locally, in order to complete the dance program, there's a good chance you'll be doing an entire piece in the nude. Focus on God and not your own perverted flesh, people.

I wonder what the prostitute was wearing when they threw her before Jesus and what he was thinking....I am not in favor of short or long dresses, I am more in favor of the song and the worship in dance....so to anyone that thinks something else when watching GET TRULY DELIVERED AND SAVED. The bible declares you are tempted because you are drawn away by your own lust. The blame is not on the dancer so much as it is on the one who lusts. Focus on your heart because sin will always be present.

yeah, your dress might be a bit short... but to tell you the truth, i didn't notice until i read the comment. Guys think a lot differently to girls. and unfortunately it only takes the slightest thing to set them of in their "imagination". so yeah, kiekie84 is probably right in what they are saying. however you girls look beautiful.

The first thing a guy thinks of when she's wearing pants is probably something along the lines of, "She's wearing pants." In that setting, there is no difference between pants and no pants. So long as they aren't in the nude or close to it, it is modest for a dancer. Trust me, that choreography is next to impossible in what you would consider to be modest attire.

I like how you skipped verse 11 in 1 Timothy 2. Otherwise I could have just told you to be silent and learn. ;) Modest is a relative term. A bathing suit is considered immodest by society outside of a swimming setting, for example. Inside, it is hardly considered immodest.

The latter two verses are irrelevant to the discussion. Just because it has the word "lust" in it doesn't mean anything. Please try to read the verses in context that you want to use.

Also, let me add that the Scripture from 1 Timothy must be looked at in the cultural context. Women would do elaborate things to show off their "godliness". Paul was trying to change that materialistic mindset by stating that it's good deeds that reflect their spirit, not good dress. Granted, I wholeheartedly endorse modesty, but in that setting and in that attire, she was dressed completely modestly.

You can not see her panties. You can see her leotard. It's standard dance gear and hardly immodest in that setting. I would appreciate it if you didn't insult my fiance by thinking she would dance on stage in her underwear.

Yes, actually, he danced in front of all of Israel in his underwear. Would you consider a bathing suit immodest at a beach? If not, why? Because it's the standard gear? Because it's easier to swim in a swimsuit? The same thing applies to a leotard. No one had to speak up and say it. Give me some scripture to support what you say and you might have a point.

i dont swim in anything becuase i dont swim unless im alone or if i was married i would swim with my husband but i dont swim in publice cuz when the water is wet it clings to my body and i find that immodest

@kiekie84 i came back to say something to say "I'm sorry..." this comment though somewhat true is not written in love and i hope that all can forgive me just as Christ has after rereading this old comment i felt disappointed in myself and yes ashamed i thought ..... who takes something that someone is doing for God and dogs it down yes i may believe in more modest clothing but that is not something for me to parade around like I'm better then anyone else and for that I'm sorry..
