  • Hey... I was planning on trying to run further in the same length of time i managed an extra 100 meters yesterday.... You know fatties - if we get it into our head we can do the same in less time and then stop then that is exactly what we will do.... I need to succeed :-) BMI down to 28 from 43 so going in the right direction!!!!

  • I love your videos!! They are fun and challenging, I just do the best I can. I love the challenge! Your workouts are the truth! I have to admit my main challenge is the eating, but I am working on it. I will eat healthy all day but at night I crave junk. You are such an inspiration.

  • no it can't...you have to be safe with all moves and watch the moves first through one time...then try...ok?

  • I work out only twice a week for one hour (school and work), but I take in 1500-1700 calories,,,,ive been losing a pound maybe two a week...this works for me, but Im tired of counting the calories daily till I get to my 160 now I am 174...will i ever stop counting because now it is addicting!

  • yes...once you hit your ideal weight, your body should have enough lean muscle mass to keep your weight consistent. Just make sure to practice balancing your energy...intake vs. output and you will not have to count calories...pretty soon you will be able to feel what works...

  • Hello Ahmad for some reason I can't add u on facebook..I have been doing more cardio on some weeks and also doing some strength training.I am at the point where I want to change gyms and go to one that offers me more..I just wish I was able to get out of the 200's that is my goal for now.I am now 219...I will keep u posted..Thanks..

  • I'm in a 12 week bodybuilding transformation contest, and this past week was week 1, so I have 11 weeks left to get in really good shape. I've been working out since May, but didn't really get my diet and supplementation down until late June. So I've got somewhat of a headstart on this contest.

    I was just wondering if there were any tips you would have for me to get really cut within the next 11 weeks. I'll give you before and after pics that I have already, along with my diet and supplements.

  • Okay...well if I were there beside you, I would do your body fat test using the Parillo scale...really accurate because it uses the caliphers to take 9 points on your body. Then you would find your percent fat, and percent muscle. From the percent muscle, we would

  • then find how much of your body weight IS that percent. To maintain your current size we would just add a zero to that number...and it would be preserving lean muscle mass. From that we would divide that number by 5...to

  • decide how many calories per meal. Then once you had the total calories per meal, you would use the 40-30-30% split...40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% good fats. So if we figured you had 110 lbs of lean muscle on you...we would

  • add a zero and then we would have your daily intake needed to maintain your current shape. Since you want to lose some weight, you would decrease this number 100 calories...so 1100 would go to 1000 calories... then divide that by

  • 5...getting 200 calories per meal...200 cals would then be multiplied by 40%, 30%, and 30% to find your proper macro nutrient split. BUT just to be safe...and if you have no access to a calipher to do the Parillo body fat test...just pretend you have to intake 1200-1250 cals a day...lets experiment with that number. Your cabrs should be fibrous...mainly...ok?

  • Too busy cleaning my house and throwing away bags of clutter. I created a calendar for each week to race day. Last week was preparation. This week is "Starting New Habits" week. Repetition will break me into new habits. Water, vitamins, fish oil supplements, green tea, a good breakfast and 30 minutes of cardio. Next week carb reduction, interval training, push ups, planks, and squats. Your videos flipped me on like a light switch!!!!

  • I want to work out in my target heart rate...but my ultimate goal is to have a lower resting rate. Even when lying down my heart beats like a rabbit, lol. I will treat myself to a new toy and get a Garmin to track miles outdoors too. For now I will watch your video for manual instructions!!!

  • Well it has been proven to help others...your different enzymes react to different ph levels in your stomach...doing it in this way makes sure everything is digested properly....I mean try it for a few days and see if you have more energy...due to your body being able to fully break down your carbs and proteins completely...~ahmad

  • I would love myself better by making time to do something for me every day no matter what. NO EXCUSES!!! By continuing to do the clips no matter what happens. My family won't fall apart nor will the world stop moving if I give myself 30 mins. I DESERVE IT!!! and I'M WORTH IT!

  • The only thing I did healthy today was say that I am going to change my lifestyle. I am tired of being scared of dying from being obese.

    I would love myself better if I knew I could get up and jog at 5am at least 3-4 times a week.
