The whole sex scene thing was a huge disappointment I think, just because they were so worried with keeping it PG-13 appropriate they got lost in those boundaries and didn't let the scene become what it should've. I barely think the scene was made as big emotionally as it was in the book. However, I do think the birth scene was a good effort, maybe not as good again as it should've been, but it was still very good imo.
