hey man... i had an error... it showed me that my phone had to had a screen... a three colored screen... then it told me to disconnect the battery and it also told me to connect it again and run the ruu again... but this time it won't detect my phone... what should i do?

Ok, First u take your battery out for about 10 seconds, Then Reinsert it. Hold the camera button beside the space While plugging your phone in. Then u will see the 3 color screen.

Then Flash the Origional Rom. Then Repeat the video.

What this video does not explain, is that once this upgrade is complete, you will not be able to connect to the T-Mobile Data Network. That means you will not get internet on your phone anymore.

Just because you lose the Myfavs Application doesnt mean you lose the Myfavs service. You can still call your fav 5 for free without the app on your phone. I have Kavana 6.1 for 6 months now and I didnt want the myfavs app on there and my myfavs is still on my tmobile acct

No it doesn't, Your battery drains come from not closing programs...Tthis is smartphone like a PC it has a task manager so everytime you launch your camera, media player or the internet it stays open til you close it via the task manager. If you don't your battery will drain, especially if you make calls with all those programs running in the background.

UPDATE: For fave 5 users the newer updates from T-Mobile fixes the lag, slow load, and annoying loading times i just updated to the new t mobile ROM and it runs better i suggest updating... But if u can update to this ROM do it if you want :3

imei code is behind your battery. open back cover copy emei on2 paper and then enter it. if its not behind batery than its with ur phone instructions or the box.

why don't you reinstall active sync...it must be user error because, I've flashed my dash 3 times and it syce each time with no issues. Also if your phone is jacked then flash it back to the t-mobile rom.

my favs icons/program on your phone has nothing to do with the feature working. It is just for your eyes only. You can set up your myfavs list from logging on mytmobileDOTcom. Read the forum and the info provided by the myfav 3rd party developer to adjust your my favs icons and numbers.

Yes, you have to update all settings when flashing your phone some roms do this for you and some don't. Google the dash faq...it will be in the first 3 results... it will have various settings to get you going asl go to Howards forum and adjust your settings to get your internet working.

utilize task manager too many programs running in the background will slow it down. Too many installed programs will slow it down, and different roms run differently on each phone you have to experiment and get the one that performs the best.

Everything works on my end and it is fasssst, but it locks up way too much for me and I don't have any of the crap I had loaded on the Rogers rom. I only reloaded one theme and SmarTool kit..such a shame now I gotta go back.
