Everyone needs to watch this in full, one of his best by far. Larouche is a long winded speaker, but he provides a solid historical baseline for the "Larouche plan" "4 powers agreement" being put into motion, I'm just scared that a lot of people miss that from time to time... or fail to look into such history for themselves.

What he is saying, is very much the historical mission of a "Republican" formation of cultures and nation-state governments, to protect it from oligarchical interests.
