@XfitAddict my apologizes. i did not mean for that to be rude.. i have just been trying to correct my technique but i have seen so many different styles..for example squatting into it then exploding from the hips (legs at a 90degree angle) and also more angled like you are also exploding. i do understand power comes from the hips.
bro! bend those knees! the kb swings are meant to be squats with the swing
