No blast shield, no goggles!!! Hey genius, do you want your face and hands? Make a bullet/explosive proof blast shield, you have to contain that, before you die.
Oh, don't tell me your name is Prat, because you work at Pratt&Whitney. Anyways, he is firing up a jet engine, with jet fuel, no face protection, or gloves, He should probably have it encased in a shield, or something to protect himself. I won't argue with you, however, for my experience working on f-18s and knowing about proper safety devices, equipment and protocol, I think I raise a valid point. We put ourselves, behind bulletproof glass, before firing up engines.
lol. no i just thought that prat might make a good name for an account. mabey im wrong. yes and it is true in more advance turbines for jetplanes is more dangerous. i see where your getting this from but i also thing that still, thats not extreamly necessary for this turbine. not the same model. but i cant tell you that for sure...
lol, yeah, I see how it would work. Hell if I was building a jetengine I would probably stay far from it while testing it at the begining.... but he's probably been building this one for a while so he knows whether it's gonna tear apart or not xD
bang it on a wingsuit!

@suharinos i guess that's possible. But it all looks legit, even that control panel is exactly what you'd build to control an engine like that.

Man, If I strap one of those to my back, and strap a tank of fuel to my chest to balance out the weight, then I can fly, really?
Not interested thanks, I'll walk.

That's cool, I would just rather him live, so he can fly it! I think it would be awesome. Can't wait to see the final result!
