Its about 105 degrees in my apartment and I have a network of fans. I use aluminum foil in some windows and rigged two emergency blankets (mylar) like a sail that I can hoist up to open the window or let down to keep the sun out. I freeze small Gatorade or Propel bottles of water and lean back on them on the back of my neck, between my breasts, behind my knees. That will chill ya down FAST.
