@mrmohamed2001 thats because if you play MTA with the slightest mod, it messes up. If you play it on SAMP, it might work entirely differently, but you still might have that lag issue, depending on your computer specs.

i know these probably arent your mods but did you mod these onto pc or ps2. oh also at 2:42 the white crown vic guarding "area 69" i would suggest getting a chevy pick up idk what model it is i think old silverado like 05 06 07. those are the ones that guard area 51 real life they have a bumping guard like the crown vic does and theyre painted like gun metal black

Nice skins, i'm kinda trying to make something similar but i'm running out of ideas on what to make them look like whether it will be black/white or just white w/ diff colours, lol. Also, nice use of video editing and music.

Thanks for the kind comments. I'm a personal fan of the traditional black/white colors myself. As for making something similar, yeah, I was surprise no one tried to make a more comprehensive police mod for SA, with realism as a key goal. I mean beyond just cars, but aircraft, boats, peds, weapons, etc. But so far its been highly dependent on the individual gamer. That's part of the reason for this YT account and my mods, to show case my envisioned realistic portrayal of police force in SA.

There is already a Las Vegas Metro skin, the one I am using is edited based on the LVMPD skin, the original vehicle/skin can be had at GTA World Mods, a german based website. Look under Polizei to find it.

The exact car at 0:23 is Bxbugs123/PCM's "Crown Victoria Undercover Police Pack", though right now for an unmarked Crown Vic, I am using Bxbugs123/PCM's Gaithersburg slick top. Go to his 4shared account to find them.

I am pretty certain I am using PCM's model of the Gaithersburg slick top, the video of its use has already been uploaded, called "Federal - LE...". I distinctly remember that the Florida Slicktop had a Florida State Trooper decal on the push bar, and that was one of the reasons why I did not select the model Bugs used on the Florida one to replace the unmarked CVPI fleet.

Let me clarify the .dff for the GB slick top is the model being used in my unmarked CVPI fleet. Again I already uploaded a video featuring it. What I did was use TXDWorkshop, swapped the GB skin with my unmarked skin. In fact the GB one with light bar is the model I've assigned to the SFPD, which video is also uploaded already. If you don't have 3DS, just check the file lengths of my unmarked .dff v. the GB slick top .dff, same. Lol, plus I think I would know what I am modding.

APC (Armored Personnel Carrier), I'd like to use the GTAIV converted model, but I'm waiting for a release of a good template so I can generate an SASP skin for it. To fill in the gap, the "enforcer" right now is Lt.Caine ambulance model with SRT decals, I find the emergency lights match more closely to the ambulance model than other vehicles I've tried.

Reply was PMed, but in case others had a similar question. SA is not optimized to handle high resolution models, and there are two fixes. One called the Stream Memory Fix, the other Limit Adjuster. The SALA (Limit Adjuster) is available on my 4shared account for download, and allows the user to have more options than fixing the stream memory. Simply extract the files into the root directory of GTA SA, and then tweak the following file salimits.ini. See GTAForums for more details.

Thanks, but credit should really go to the original authors of the paint schemes. Whomever they are, did pretty good research of CHP, LAPD, SFPD, and LVPD. All I did was to convert the "real-world" paint scheme into the GTA: SA universe. Though I did get a little more creative with the CHP to State Trooper skin, you can get a sense of the evolution of the skin through the video. I am excited about doing a similar SASP paint job on that unmarked Charger of yours, but sadly lack the time. Cheers!
