I liked this house but it didn't really scare me. I only got scared like 6 times but it was good effort and i loved how realistic it was. I waited 20 minutes and it was my fourth house.
I Wish I went in here.....I went yesterday.....the lines were so long that i came at 8 pm and could only do 3 houses by 1 am when they closed. Chucky, Wolfman and Dracula =(. Only good part was the spinning tunnel in chucky
ok while you go to the houses, they keep getting less and less scary. because you're expecting more of what you've already seen,. the best way to enjoy this house is to go into this one first. the first one will always scare you.
omg! i'm going tonight and this is the house that im terrified to go into. haha. i'm scared of all of them but this one is really going to take guts to go through. i wish you would have shwn some of the inside of the house... but i understand you can get in a ton of trouble for that. thanks! :)
i loved this house tho it could have been better honestly i LOVE saw im a hardcore fan but the house could have been better. i was very disappointed in the bathroom (from saw 1) since it wasnt exact and i read gordon was supposed to be seen sawing off his foot. my parents said it had really gotten calmer (gore) since they last went. that disappointed me too
i was so disapointed with this house, thought i was gonna get some good scares but not one, we aited in line for 2 hours for a very short house. it was like 1min. long again i agree dracula has this house beat
they have the "dead zones" to give people a break if they are freaking out too bad. Also, I think it keep scare zones from blending into one another, aesthetically.
Your right about the break but I personally don't think they organized the scarezones correctly.. All the scarezones are in the front of the park & they left the entire section starting from the disaster ride all the way to the other side of the lagoon past where the simpsons area is empty! That is a bit too much deadspace if you know what I mean..
Also we just went to howl-o-scream this weekend and it was outrageous!! They organized they're scarezones great, as well as keeping the park dark throughout and even if your not in a scarezone some one pops out of the trees or is in camo as a bush! They still leave some sane space but your on your toes the whole time and that is what I was talking about and I hadn't even been to HOS when we made this review.
@destinationthemepark I agree, the thing I can't stand about HOS though is that its only fun the first time you go, at least for me because it doesn't change, but every 2 to 3 years and its usually by only one house. Universal is somewhat of an L shaped park which is different for a park layout. It may seeem like everything was up front and it was, but thats mostly just the parks layout. if something were not up there and back here by saw you would have said the same thing.
@destinationthemepark The layout of Busch Gardens and foliage work well for the Howl-O-Scream event. Universal Studios is very wide open and has a dozen of different themes. The SAW house was never meant to be non-stop startle but to actually take you through the movie and experience the torture and horror around you. I was a scare-actor in that house and will agree it was not the scariest but it did what it was meant to do. Appreciate the awesome videos by the way. Can't wait to see this years
@destinationthemepark Cont also that area of the park in the years when there were scare zones back in that section to me were very crowded.I think they stay away from that area because of that issue as well.I would like to see the san fran area have something thoughBut when I went years agoi think it was midway of the bizar or something back there which it goes good with the amity theme, but it was just too crowded for me compared to the rest of the park. The other areas had more space.
@destinationthemepark also at busch gardens i do like how their zones are laid out, but because of their park layout i don't think they would have a choice to do it any other way. In their park there are not a whole lot of different ways to get a whole lot of places like in universal where you have alleys and crossing street intersections. Maybe this year they will bring back the roaming zombie gang they had in 08 that roamed between Jaws to simpsons to fill that void. But i like their layout.
@destinationthemepark sorry about all the posts, word limit lol. Had to take out some stuff including puntuation to fit it all in. As long as when I go to USF my amity food stands are open i'm happy lol. I think i'd be disapointed if any one of the streets up front were not filled(hollywood, ave of the stars, NY, Shrek alley and mels thats half the park right there all in one space)thats just how the park is laid out its much smaller than BG.
@destinationthemepark They did it again this year except near disaster area torwards JAWS thier is goin to be a scarezone called zombie Gras...im excited....when are you guys going

I went opening night. The most I waited for a house was an 1hr. Not bad at all, and i went through all the houses.
Chucky was my fav though.

This house was okay, but probably my least favorite at the event, for a few reasons:
1. The lines were always long, which is the way it always is for Houses in that area of the park.
2. I never really liked the 'Saw' films.
3. In the beginning, when you go through Jigsaw's workshop, I could never tell what he was saying in the video.
4. It's basically just walking through a few of the more memorable traps from the films, with a few pig guys thrown in.
