Same problem here, can't even watch the video. Has anyone checked to see if the throttling is legal? It seems that they shouldn't be able to slow down one person's connection over another when we are paying the same price for the same service. Imagine if you bought a new car and the dealer said that you drive too much so we are putting a governor on your car so you can't drive over 25 MPH! Sounds like there should be class action against verizon if you ask me...but that's just my humble opinion.

I signed today ! My Internet provider, Digis.net just cut my bandwidth back to .51 mbps download because I signed and used Netflix for 2 weeks. This is called "Throttling" and they were un apologetic about it. Of course it was after I paid them $42.95 for the month. If you have NetFlix then watch out, they will limit you bandwidth also.

They said they could get me back up to 7 mbps and still use NetFlix but I would have to pay them $96.00 more dollars a year!

I was wondering about the accuracy of this test. There's even a disclaimer saying that your connection might still be throttled though the test doesn't detect it.

thank you so much! :) i told my ISP they were throttling my internet and they were like gobsmacked lol and i also got told my ISP was capping my internet :/ so eventually after like 5 phone calls they stopped this!! ;D thanks soo much
