Mirai is a genius in his art, though I dislike Sigh's last album, because the epic touch in their music has quite disapeared in my opinion. Also I don't really understand why Mikannibal is dressed like a 15 years old goth teen... I hope they remake some black metal one day. I mean the magnificent epic black metal from "Infidel Art" and "Ghastly Funeral Theater".

One other thing, just an observation. The juxtaposition between the different vocal tracks and when Mirai or Dr. Mikannibal are on screen seems to be suggesting that Dr. Mikannibal's singing voice is actually deeper than Mirai's? Is that really the case? Or is it just a deliberate messing with the audience's head? In either case, it is awesome. Dr. Mikannibal seems to have brought more to the band than I was originally thinking.

@aspie182 Actually yes. When listening to Mikannibal's performance on Tribute to Venom, and comparing it to any song with Mirai on vocals, it's quite obvious that Mikannibal's growl is deeper. It's even more obvious, if you get to see them live.

The video is pretty corny but somehow it works. The song is surprisingly good - except for the completely out of place guitar solo, and the drums which could be a lot better. Overall the call and response vocal and symphonic elements are awesome. Too bad the song is held back by the crappy drums and the incredibly stupid guitar solo, otherwise it would be great.

If you close your eyes, the aural scene is "HELL". Mirai has a brilliant knack and artistry and is able to paint images with a cacophony of instrumental arrangemnts and unusual sounds. I agree, Ishikawa-san has a diverse soloing approach. His solos rate right up there with my all time favs. The video and production I'm certain are low budget by design...Black Metal is typically done this way...agree?

no one says, "wow i just mastered this awesome skip string sweeping technique, and now i want to try something even MORE awesome.. how about DISSONANCE!"

Its just the name for when people suck at integrating the different musical components in their song.
