That salute has been going around the OMEA DM's for years, Everyone does it differently, which mostly looks nice. The best I've seen was Northmont at the 2000 State Finals. 4 DM's doing it in cannon. REALLY nice effect.

Slash positioning, cannoned back to front with 4 DM's. Dont see that anymore with every band and their mother doing "Broadway" salutes. Maybe that's just me.
