This is the biggest money laundering scam that I've seen in a while. It cost at least 15 times of what they said it cost to build this shitty fountain. Council Bluffs, Iowa is a cursed, piece of shit city that has been damned for a while.

I haved lived in cb all my life and I don't plan on moving for a while because council bluffs isn't to big but it isn't to small it's perfect

I remember how this looked 17 years ago and now it is so beautiful. I may come visit my mom just to see the fountain. They did a wonderful job.

im glad they fixed up the park it was getting pretty run down. i remember at one time the fountain didn't work for like a year
