My Issues:

-very slow response to touch

-takes 5+ (Sometimes 10+) minutes to start the damn thing

-refuses to operate the android market...so I cannot uninstall/get apps

-network bugs out and have to enable airplane mode and then turn it off to get it to work- sometimes the phone wont switch back so I have to restart it

-touch screen will stop responding and sit there until it goes back into standby (this happens frequently)

Anyone had issues with teh moment case the blue and black one. The case is not strong and the phones falls out its defective. It cracked my screen. Now sprint doesnt believe its my fault and say accessory issues is not thier problem. Please report these probelms to sprint so they can take this accessory off the market. You can update the firmware through the phone. Go to Device Self Service 1.1 in your applications menu, and click Update Firmware. It'll say your phone is currently up to date because 1.6 is not out yet.

the keyboard is unnecessary. The battery life is terrible. I do love the speed. I would say that a jailbreak iphone would be much better because you can pretty much add anything. Another thing too is that Moment does not have flash and so certain sites will not work. I'm still up in the air about the phone.
