So we have robots which have the ability to feel emotions(including hatred), robots which can learn(as demonstrated by learning to shoot an arrow) and now we have robots guarding nuclear weapons.
I'm not necessarily against guard robots, but I am against using them without thinking about the bigger picture. What happens when more and more of our society gets "guarded" by things like these? When more and more resources get poured into enforcing boundaries and "no go" zones for people? Our socio-economic paradigms are increasingly out of sync with our technological realities. For alternatives, google on: "Recognizing irony is key to transcending militarism" and "Beyond a Jobless Recovery".
