@coolmw2booster Mice inbreed a lot. Most fuzzies(feeder mice bred to be food for snakes) are highly inbred and carry genetic disorders so is you plan on breeding and selling these to snake owners inbreeding is fine, but if you want these to be someone's pets I wouldn't give them a chance to inbreed and keep relatives away from each other. Inbred animals often die sooner from genetic disorders or illnesses.

I could never do that..I have pet mice that I love, and try to make as comfortable and happy as I can. I've even rescued wild mice from being killed in cruel glue traps.

Althrough this is a shipping building and from the comments of the uploader the breeders are of a 2 to 1 ratio. Commercially breed animals will come from farms like this some of which are much much worst. This video is probably one of the better mice/rat farms I've seen Your only other real choice is a hobby breeder.

Most mice are kept as pets and some people adore them, animals such as the ones you listed are wild animals and no one knows much or really cares about them. Snakes are animals that should be kept in the wild. But i'm not saying I hate them or anything, I'd love to have a pet snake. But I would never go feeding a poor, innocent mouse to it.

Quite appart from the terrible social disfunction of keeping that many mice in that small a box with no shelter from each other (they'll fight and injure each other), with that many mice you couldn't possibly notice disease/injury in one of them. Its very easy. You will be surprised at how much you save. Of course saving money doesn't come without work! I have about 6 racks full. I can't imagine doing as many as they do. You won't regret it though once you build/buy one.

This is actually a horrible situation of animal abuse. One mouse should have AT LEAST a 10 gallon habitat home. These look to be small bins with 50 mice each in it. Mice also need chewing blocks so their teeth do not overgrow, food available to them 24/7 because they metabolize so fast and shelter homes with soft material to sleep in and hide in. Tubes are recommended for them for exercise and a running wheel per every mouse. This "mouse farm" is just breeding for money. Makes me sick. :(

Those animals don't stay that cramped for more than a couple hours.

And, your mice that have wheels? Came from here. We ship to Petco, Petsmart, wildlife rehabilitators (birds of prey), snake breeders, and zoos all over the country, in over 20 states.
