do you drink the cleanse all day? i am doing a cleanse as well but i just drink 12 ounces about an hour before breakfast and then i continue my day as usual

We take 2 tablespoons of colon cleanse mixture with honey and water every 2 hours 5 times a day, for 4 days. No food, just the mixture.

Hi there, the colon cleanse is a mixture of bentonite clay, physillium husk, ground oats, flax seed and salt :-)

We add 2 tablespoons of that with honey and water every 2 hours 5 times a day for 4 days.
