I know this is just a TV show, but is it too much to expect that The Vorlons would have provided for her before they left beyond the rim? She actually was pretty important to them.
B5 sure did have the market cornered on the "unrequieted love" thing, didn't they? Lyta and Zack, Marcus and Ivanova, Delenn and Lennier ... and so tragic to think about the background of Zack's character in relation to the actor who portrayed him. RIP Jeff Conaway I hope you are in a place where no shadows fall.

And Zack...sigh, I really understand him. He was in love with her from start to finish, but he couldn't say it. IF I had been in his place, I would have told her to look into my mind. No need for words that way. Just so sad, and so very beautiful.
I just watched Dead Air and it was the first time i've ever seen this woman...but she is SO hot! I checked her out of wikipedia and it says she's 51 (i don't believe that!).
Couldn't take my eyes off of her through the whole film.
@ckcsucks I just watched Dead Air the other night. I can't believe how beautiful she is at 51 still. That movie was pretty good. It was cool to see her and the other guy who was in Night of the Living Dead remake working together in that movie.
It's such a shame...I always hoped Lyta and Zack would end up together. They just complimented each other sooo well. it would have been such a perfect match. I could see it as being as great a match as John and Delenn. sigh, he's to the dream
I'm relieved that the Psi Corp never got a hold of what the Vorlons gave her. It would be like 10th century peasant farmers fooling around with the buttons on a nuclear warhead.
She's so damn beautiful. If I was Zack I would have given her the full court press, flowers, dinner, dancing, a puppy. I would have done anything and everything to help her and endear myself to her. But the trouble is how do you date a telepath? On one hand you're saying "I thought you'd like these (flowers), would you like to have dinner in the arboretum?" but on the other hand you're thinking of wild-monkey-sex, how do you keep that from her?! It would be a huge problem.
I'll let you in on a secret... women do like to be thought of as sexually attractive. Thinking about wild monkey sex wouldn't be a problem... as long as he is also thinking he'd enjoy her company in other ways. No woman wants to think that a man paying her court wouldn't want to get into her pants eventually. That would imply there were something wrong with her....

They could have bended the rules for her, but they choose not to. I just saw the clip on Lyta when she's arrested, & Pres. Sheriden threatens to kill her if she doesn't turn herself in. I was so mad at Capt. Lockley when she tells Sheriden he should have killed her. What a B****! Lyta was so kick ass!

Awesome! I wish Capt. Sheriden and the others would have helped Lyta more when she was in trouble... She really saved B5 too many times. They really owed her so much. FYI, the books on B5 about Bester mention Lyta's great great, great (I forget how many greats) grandparents. Interesting how the books tie into the B5 TV series. You find out what happens to Bester and Garabadi in the books. Worth a look. I love this video! Many thanks!!!
@Erynnsilver I agree. The song fits so perfectly. Zack Allan was the ultimate stand up guy, loved Lyta, but there was a lot between them. Ironically him being more basic in his life probably would have made him a good match for her, but there were so many things outside their control. Great video, very well done.
