My Pekingese LOVES to do that. I have a long rope that we play with, and we do the same thing. He'll play that game for hours if you let him. And no, that's not abuse, it's good fun. Pekes enjoy playing rough.

OH, yeah...I have to buy panty hose for mine (the only female in the house is her)...I tie them in knots, and she will pull on them for HOURS if I Iet her...they DO like to play rough, don't they?
