Hey Buddy you got a very nice camera there I was looking at those too but found this one for a real steal of a deal lol. I plan on using IMOVIE to edit the footage that is what I am using now. I went MAC back in November with the new IMAC 27" I7 Quad core CPU with HD video card and 8GB of DDR3 memory. Should be ok, I will soon find out. I never used NERO to edit video but it is a solid media SW period. The cam came with SW but I do not intend to use that.

@OneManSmoke Thanks......I liked your new HD camera too! Can't wait to see some new videos from you! I got one for Christmas (Cannon Vixia HF200) ....I save it for special occasions the files are slower to work with. I have been using Nero 9 to work with the HD. What software did you get to work with the new Pannasonic?
