Thumbs up to the dude for having the gumption to talk joking about that experience afterward. I've never aimed to trad lead 5.10 or up offwidth, but have ended up climbing a bit of it anyway. I've done a little bit of knee jamming, and it seemed to work ok (still learning offwidth technique). Fortunately nothing like this video has yet happened to me. If, God forbid, it does, I hope I can maintain as good of spirits about it as this climber did. You're my offwidth hero!
