it's like this. The King was going to go to gamolon to fight ganon but since "It is written, only ganon can defeat your majesty" the King sends Link instead. Link goes but joins forces with Ganon to defeat the king. So the King takes some "BOMBS?!" and goes to confront Link and tells him "YOU MUST DIE!" The retarded Link says "GREAT!" but before he could finish his sentence he gets blown up by the king. The King becomes the Hero of Gamolon.
