David is fantastic, and im glad he won Idol. Now with that being said, NOBODY can compare to Elvis. Elvis had more soul and power in his voice than anybody. That isnt taking anything away from David. I think he is a great young man and has a great future. There is only one king....PEACE

I've never seen so much garbage coming from so-called entertainment columnists who haven't a clue when they describe David. This kid turned 17 a couple of months ago and he sings way beyond his years. Whether he wins this popularity (and not talent) contest doesn't matter as he will be a star, if he wants, for years to come.

David 'Arch' can become an icon for the type of clean singers we used to enjoy on variety shows.
