  • He's soooo cute!

  • can u get get tec suport to call me or can i call then i need help with log in

  • true but the real truth is zune sucks. i have an 8gb zune and its just not hip. The zune software is a disgrace to the computer world. This is why apple is the leading computer company in the world. I used to like microsoft but they dont bring culture to their products.

p.s. i typed this on an ipod touch.

  • @ghettoblaster36

What makes iTunes so much better than the Zune software? The 8gb Zune also had a built in FM radio (iPod Nano got that much later), and wireless song downloading, both very good features. The new iPod Nano is a really stupid device. A touch screen on such a small device makes no sense.

  • Its people like us who PAY for music that keep the music industry going.

  • is there a way i could download music to this wack ass zune with out buying it cause shit i download music to my computer but when i try to add it to my zune it says i gotta but it shit mad fucking corny no wonder no one has it

  • Why pays for music? WTF?

  • Wow...apple fanboys have to be the most retarded people ever...how do you not understand what service means?...smh

  • So basically, u pay $4.99 a month in a way right, lol? Because u keep 10 songs, which is like u paid a $1 per song ($14.99 subscription, minus $10 for the songs u keep each month). So it's like you are paying $4.99 a month for unlimited music! Zune Pass rocks!!

  • @mauisean007 Yup! And even then, everywhere else, songs are are $1.30. It sure beats i Tunes.

  • this commercial FAILS

    Itunes: 10 songs=$10

    zune pass: 10 songs=$14.99

  • The ad didn't give all the details. With the Zune pass, You get unlimited songs and you get to keep ten of them (forever). Zune Pass is just a special they have, normally their songs are a $1 a piece. The best i Tunes has is $20 a month for unlimited, and you keep none of them.

  • @Tristin471 Wow, you're slow.

UNLIMITED MUSIC as long as you keep paying 15 bucks a month, plus you get to keep 10 songs forever even if you cancel the subscription.

  • @lawizeg13 slow? wow that makes a whole lot of sense (sarcastically)

  • @Tristin471 You don't get it? Thanks for proving my point. How about these: Retarded? Idiot?

    Did you understand those?

  • @Tristin471 I do not think you get the point...

  • @Tristin471 you fail

    itunes: 1$ per song

Zune: Unlimited songs for 15$ a month...if you cancel your subscription, you can keep 10 songs.

  • And they spell everthing wrong, like "itoones 4 da winn!"

  • So many close minded brainwashed Apple maniacs. They're the kind of people who's parents buy them a Macbook Pro, and all the latest iPods and all they do is steal music on Limewire and assume everyone does the same. About 85% of music listeners buy their music legally, and about 75% don't have all the latest Apple products, and bother to learn Windows instead of taking the simple, easy, featureless Mac OS X.

  • itunes winner zune sucker microsoft down for a dolar

  • this guys is just hott!!!!

i was watching some show on youtube..

and then this commerical kept coming up

everytime.. and then i eventually fell inlove

(well i made myself do that)

but yaaa this guy is hott!!!

  • Why does everyone seem to forget that you can buy songs on zune marketplace for 99 cents just like itunes as well as use the subscription.

So you can do everything you can on iTunes in addition to the subscription service (which is an awesome deal if you listen to a lot of music)

  • i like this plan. you get 10 free songs. and its better then lame ass itunes. with the zunepass you can download limited songs, you can listen to them before you buy the songs, unlike itunes 30 sec preview fu*k that! sometimes the songs arent the same there the remix etc.. so zunepass i like get the newest albums before try'na spend 12 dollars on a crappy album on itunes that does'nt even have the complete set.

  • If you like music & you like money, you should just pirate your music.

  • Thats the Answer my Friend!

  • @DirtyMidgetStudios amen bratha!

  • this douche never hear about bearshare, limewire, torrents or sound recorders for the internet.

WES MOSS the world is not stupid we don't pay for music lol

  • Lots of people do download, but allot more people pay for there music. Countries are starting to get allot tougher on piracy acts to. There was some girl in New york who had a couple thousand pirated songs on her computer, and was charged over $1 million dollars because you get charged for each pirated song, and the charge is worth more then the actual song.

  • @b4igetu those law suits do not happen anymore. The RIAA (the real criminals here) have stopped pursuing lawsuits against the average joe, the are now putting pressure on the ISPs to take care of us. Of course its going to take a lot of time till they get down to the people like you and me that only download one or two songs a day...

  • on the psp the songs are free and easy to download

  • The zune pass library sucks, they hardly got THAT many albums. I was looking for the Away We Go soundtrack, they didn't have it. I searched for a few other songs and only came up with one. They need to strengthen their library, but what do you expect with Microsoft, of course things will be underdeveloped

  • well zune is only about a year and a half old....but thats no excuse.....

  • There library is going to be vastly increasing, with the new zune hd coming. Same with hd movies and live tv. But give it time it is still young.

  • jeeze so many people don't get the zune pass deal. you get to download as many songs as you want for free and you get 10 rights-free tracks per month for $15. for people who really don't need rights free music, like me, this actually a pretty good deal. All the apple fanboys just be hatin.

  • What's that song????

  • He just fucked over his own point with that point

  • this Zune is so f****** ridiculous, what idiot falls for this?

  • well its not worse than an ipod they rip you off even more...releasing new ipod models every 2 months....i think they should wait b4 calling it a new gen. its ridiculous how fast they come out with stuff just to get people to want more. but thats the way they do business....cuz its apple. who btw FAILS

  • thats why i didnt get an ipod. 2 months into having it there gonan release a new one and make mine obsolete. with the zune, tjey even keep the first zune, the zune 30 up to date instead of discontinualing updates

  • You fell for paying for a overpriced piece of shit from apple, just to fill steve jobs pockets, who doesn't warn the consumers about product defects, then releases the same thing a couple months later says it's the next gen when nothing has changed, just so you all run out and buy it and toss the old one.

Yet you think the zune fans are being tricked.

  • Take apart an iphone and ipod yourself and see how it is manufactured. We took both apart in my engineering class and found out that both are manufactured horribly. Apple focuses on aesthetics and hides their shitty hardware with flashy exterior bodies. The bright side of all of this is that this has worked to apples advantage...consumers are too dumb to understand that what is outside is not really what is inside.

  • not necessarily, on the inside of the ipod touch is a bunch of bullshit hardware. if you flip the touch over, you see that shiny peace of metal there? thats chrome steal, thats what makes the damn thing so expensive

  • Those ten songs are added to the 150you already downloaded.

So its 10 bucks for ten songs, or 15 bucks for 160 songs. It sells itself.

  • LOL 10 songs a month you get to keep for 15 bucks!!!!!

its more expensive than itunes at a 1 buck a song LOL

lets see Zunepass at 15 bucks a month for 10 songs

    or

itunes songs 10 songs for 10 bucks

  • lol epic fail

  • 10 songs you get to keep even if your subscription expires. It is $15/ month for unlimited amount of songs. Sure you got to keep up on the monthly subscriptions, but you can download $30,000 worth of songs in one month for only $15. Or you can do that with itunes but pay $30,000. it would take renewing your subscription for 166 years to equal $30,000 dollars.

Do some research before dumping on something.

  • Very nice

  • Sure. You could download $30,000 dollars worth of songs in one month, but then the next month a new album comes out from the band you love. In Australia, Albums can cost any where between $20 - $30. Thus, I have already made my money back for that month.

Sure, this service is probably not the best if you only have 200 songs. If you are some where in the thousands but, you are obviously download a lot and could save a lot of money.

  • @pkerry12 but...if you like the popular and new music you will be paying 1.25 a song will end up paying 12.50 for 10 songs. Also you dont need to do this subscription. You can still buy songs (new or old) for a dollar each. this just allows you to listen to as many songs as you want for a month for $15 and you get to keep 10 of those songs.

  • Well its 45,000$ dollars to actually own 120 gb of music using zune, itunes is one third less.

  • Wes Moss, you are a genius, thank you for starting the argument against the Apple monopoly!! Also, you might just be the most awesome person I've ever met!

  • ima trade my IPOD touch for the ZUNE HD hopefully delete my itunes and get the Zune market store thingy!

  • mmm...

to bad it not compatible with iPod or Macs...

    While iTunes is

Plus i wanna pay $10 for 10 songs and not $14.99 for 10

  • good argument

  • @Derek199574 you can still get 10 songs for $10 this is just another option...

  • to clear the DRM thing up,

zune is now over 90% DRM free

    and raising

  • Zune.

Pay 14$ each month for a year you get 120 songs to keep and unlimited streaming.

    Itunes.

Pay 14$ each month for a year you get 168 songs to keep.

I would go with Itunes and stream music off Dizzler for free.

This new Zune thing is bullshit copy and paste if you agree.

  • You are a genius. You are smart (:

  • Shouldn't it be 9.99 a month if you can only get ten songs a month and why can we only get ten songs a month when we could get unlimited for 99 cents?

  • It Really Doesn't. Do You Honestly Think All Your Music Comes From iTunes? I Have AT LEAST 20 CDs!!!

  • People, just download songs for free on Ares or Limewire so you don't have to listen to this crap.

  • man onlyfucking idiots pay for muzic , ure right limewire is best

  • Yeah, why would you want to waste money for songs that you can get for free? And for those people who think that downloading music is wrong, think about this. You are using up all your money for songs that in the future you might not even listen to it, or download music for FREE!

  • Most artists go on tours thats how they make most of their money nowadays coz alot of pple get their muzic illegaly

  • iTunes is better 'cause I get to keep whatever song I buy, I'm not renting like Zune and Zune has DRM on their songs, which is evil. You can buy songs on iTunes and stick them on your Zune.

  • umm ever heard of CDs yea they can work in iTunes and oh yea LimeWire and plus $15 = 10 songs(Zune) and $10= 10 songs(iTunes) yea waste of of 5 bucks plus u gotta wait another month to get 10 more

  • wait wait wait....

who here, has actually spent 30,000 on an ipod? or who here knows anyone or has heard of any situation where someone has spent $30,000 on an ipod?

    no one?

    right.

  • But with this service you can douwload an album just to try it. With iTunes you'd have to pay $10 or more just to listen to an album and you might end up hating it.

  • You know, you'd simply preview songs from an album of interest in iTunes or Amazon and it wouldn't cost anything.

Sure, that's not listening to an entire album, but you do have a way to legally listen to something to at least get an idea on whether or not you'd want it.

And, I enjoy the ability to export any iTunes purchase into whatever format I desire, including MP3, AIFF, and WAV without limitations of any kind.

I can take an iTunes purchase and import it to a Zune if I wanted to.

  • You should know what a song sounds like before you buy it. Buying is if you want to keep songs.

  • Not necessariy, with Zune pass you can "buy" an album you've heard good things about and give it a listen. Maybe you hate it. Zune pass gives you the freedom to "buy" anything and keep the ones you know you want.

  • dont forget......For free

  • is it just me or is there something wrong with his makeup

  • id rather download non-drm music than having to be forced to pay 15 a month and can't move it to another mp3 player

  • Ya people I know right?, you think by now they would make a commercial with real facts. haha

    -------

    Itunes: $30,000=30,000 songs

Zune-Pass: 30,000 (songs) / 10(songs that can be kept per month)= 3,000 means you would have to wait 3000 months to get as many songs as you can get from apple In an Instant. Cost a Problem? Itunes still the why to go, lets take the 3000 moths and multiply it by the monthly price 3000X14.99=44,970. Be smart, don't try to save money and end up losing it...

  • 10 songs for $14.... < $10 songs for $10

$14 for a year is $168, that's $168 worth of music gone if you cancel your subscription or are unable to afford it.

Or, for $168 you can buy an iPod nano, which lasts longer and does more.

    $168=Temporary Music < $149 iPod nano.

  • Enjoy your ipod nano and your 19 songs

  • Oh, I do, plus the 71,226 other ones I've got, so believe me I'm covered.

And now on the Discoery Channel: Burning CDs for Doofuses. or: "How to get music you already own without buying it again online"

  • I'm not being pro zune or anything, I was just saying with that amount of money, that is what you would get.

And people don't seem to understand that a subscription service isn't about fucking OWNING something, it's about USING it.

Like: do you OWN these videos on youtube? No, but you can watch them. That's what the zune pass is all about, but you've gotta pay, but it's unlimited, so who gives a fuck?

  • ok heres the deal

    120 songs = 180 USD w/ zunepass

    120 songs = 120 USD w/ Itunes

you pay 60 extra dollars to listen to music at home and seriously you have a portable player to be portable not to listen at home

and if you want to listen to music at home and you dont have it, Limewire it or youtube it

  • No! If you buy 120 songs in 1 month:

    120 songs= $15 USD w/ zunepass

    120 songs= $120 USD w/ iTunes

  • youve just been brain washed by this guy ....just think about it, do the real math, not the one this corporate dumbass does

  • Yeah uhm, you can only keep TEN A MONTH.

Sure you can get unlimited songs, but you can only keep 10?

so let me get this straight.

on iTunes, 10 songs is 9.99

on Zune Pass, 10 songs is 14.99.

Am i the only one seeing this?

  • Actually what hes saying is you get to keep 10 free songs a month plus all the unlimited ones you get with your subscription of $14.99

  • it says it on there website.

  • Absolutely right! And not only that, but for any other songs you HAVE to continue to pay that $14.99... I personally would rather pay $0.99 a song and know that I own it and it isn't tied to any stings..

Yes there is iTunes DRM but most of the music sold is now iTunes plus and is DRM-Free!!

  • didn't they recently make ALL of itunes DRM free?

  • I do still believe there are one or two small record labels that are not on board with it....

    But I could be wrong.

  • this is confusing, is he saying for 15$ a month i get unlimited downloads but i only get to keep 10 at the end of the month? excuse me but wouldnt that end up paying more money?

  • Zune pass = $15/month = BUY 10 songs/month and ACCESS unlimited songs.

    iTunes = Buy $1/song

2 different pricing models, which work better for you depend on your listening/buying habits

  • No, you get unlimited songs as long as you pay $15 a month. But you get 10 songs DRM free meaning if you stop paying then you get to keep those 10 a month forever.

  • whit i tunes you may pay $30,000 for 30,000 songs but the fact is there yours for life...

With 'Zune Pass' You pay $14.99 a month for all the music you want but at the end you only get to keep 10!

So this means to get 30,000 songs with 'Zune Pass' for life will cost you $449,700

  • You are so far off. Think about what you just stated for half a second.

    449,700/14.95 = 30,080.27

    30,080.27/12 = 2,507

It would take you 2,507 years to spend $449,700 dollars on the Zunepass.

Your logic is flawed. If you lived to be the average age (77 years old) and spent 14.95 a month every month for each of those years you would still have only spent ~$14,000 (less than $30,000 in case you didn't know). And after you're dead whether you own your music or not is a non-issue.

  • owned

  • you actually save more money in iTunes if you buy an album of those bundles, and you got to keep it forever.

  • So iTunes I can pay $1 per song and it's mine. With the Zune monthly subscription of $15 I can "have" as much music as I want, but *keep* only 10 of those songs.

I'm not a math wiz here, but the math is pretty funny.

  • jbstuff.. You can listen to ALL the music you want as long as you have a subscription running. But if your subscription runs out you can still listen to 10 songs of your choice, after a year you have 120 songs + as long as your subscription is active you can listen to millions of songs.

  • The pass really depends on how much music you listen to. If you only listen to one genre, your selection would be limited. iTunes then. If you only have 8 gigs to fill up, go iTunes.

But if your collection is always expanding, and you have hard-drives to fill up, go with the zune pass.

For $60 a year, you can download from Zune's marketplace as much as you want.

  • Zune Pass is a great deal. I do discover a lot of new music through Zune. Their "Picks" are pretty useless, but Mixview is great. For any given artist, it shows you similar artists, influences and other Zune users that listen to that artist frequently. You can then look at what else those users listen to. You can also browse through what people on your friends list listen to, even syncing their favorites and recent plays to your Zune. I have been pleased with how social it is for a PMP.

  • this is a scam u can only "keep" (which means buy in out world) 10 songs so on itunes its $10 or £8 so why pay $5 more?

  • That five extra dollars gives you access to all the music available in the Zune Marketplace to be listened to as much as you want for a month.

You act as though you pay 14.99 and only get ten songs, which is not the case.

  • What does he mean "you can keep 10 songs?"

  • Yeah, it's so confusing.

  • ZunePass is a subscription service. 14.99 a month allows you to download as much music as you want. You don't OWN the music you download. However you can listen to all the music you download for as long as you maintain your subscription.

'Keep 10 songs', is a perk Microsoft added. Every month you get to choose 10 songs that you want to OWN and then they're yours forever even if you quit paying the subscription fee.

  • Oh I see....after you stop paying how do they "take away" the songs if there on your Zune or something?

  • I've seen Wes Moss working at my local used car dealer on weekends. He sells the Pontiac portion of the lot :)

  • What the f*ck is a Zune? sounds like a brown sh*tty thing to me.

  • isrealijamesbond, you sound like you work for microsoft. ie like a prat

  • Wow!! I actually get to KEEP 66% of what I've PURCHASED? How generous!

  • Umm, you didnt purchase music, you were paying for the rights to download unlimited music as long as you kept paying. The free songs to keep are a bonus. Dont be foolish.

  • Yeah and you get to keep 10 of 'em. So you're back at the start monthly.

  • stop paying the $14 and you lose all your songs.. oh wait that doesn't happen with iTunes does it? NO

  • Umm, you can BUY music on the Zune too, for 79 Microsoft Points which equals $.98 cents. You have a choice to use the subscription, which is more like renting unlimited music, or buy the music to own. Dont be ignorant.

  • In the end they're just two different ways of getting music. So let the Zune fans stay stuck with WIndows-only music and let them lug around both a Zune and a phone at the same time. That's just less people that Apple has to worry about catering to or offering support to.

  • thats funny cuz i know a lot of people who carry around an iPod and an iPhone.

  • i dont really use my ipod for music anymore just to play games and internet

  • $14.99 for really just 10 songs? I think I'll stick with iTunes.

  • yes, iTunes makes far more sense... it accepts music from any source, so you aren't locked into any one company like MS tries to do.

this Wes Moss guy is clearly an idiot.

  • I don't got a Ph.D in math, but this a bad deal if you want to keep your music with you.

Because if you can get 10 songs for 14.99 with a Zune Pass and 10 for 10 with iTunes.

  • You also can't move your Itunes music as you please unless it IS to Itunes least of all share it. For four dollars more (the price difference) you get to download any and all damned songs you want for the entire month and keep ten. Itunes you get....the ones you buy.

  • what? you can move your iTunes music anywhere, you are forgetting there is no more DRM as imposed by the record companies... iTunes is by far the way to go if you easily want to manage your music no matter what the source.

  • you know how long itunes had been around. so for anyone whose been buying music since before this year have DRM and it costs 30 cents per track to upgrade, imagine having bought 1000 songs

  • then blame the record companies, DRM was imposed by them, not apple. and you don't have to upgrade, your existing music will work fine without upgrading. but you do get better sound quality for that price... but overall, practically nobody has spent 1000 at the itunes store, the average is 55 or so... with the vast majority having spent ZERO at the store.

  • Zune pass gives you UNLIMITED downloads, plus 10 DRM free songs. So you have 10 songs you keep, and millions of songs for as long as you subscribe. Not bad math.

  • Its very good

  • But iTunes is DRM free!

  • And so are the 10 free downloads per month. So you have 10 DRM free downloads and 2-million songs for download and use on top of that.

  • Yes, but you have 8 million songs on iTunes, it's not limited like what Microsoft is trying to sell you.

  • Yeah that's about 500,000 good songs and the rest are crap. The sheer number of songs doesn't make a service worth it. It's just like the app store-a few good apps, but a lot of worthless ones.

  • so that means there are only 125,000 good songs (according you you) on the Zune Store... so what is your point exactly?

  • Umm you are assuming those 500,000 songs on iTunes arent on Zune, which they may be. What jetstream means is Zune and iTunes have mainstream music in common. iTunes has a huge library because it contains lots of songs most people dont care about so it is irrelevant to the majority of people in the world.

  • what kind of argument is that? the iTunes library has 7,000,000 more songs, so it reaches a broader market.

keep in mind, only "1" in "99" is a zune... so microsoft has given up on the product, they may merge it with phone, but the zune as a stand alone product is over.

  • No that means there are about 500,000 good songs on the Zune marketplace as well. My point is that iTunes tries to put every single song, crappy or not, on their service just to make it look good, and Zune picks the most popular ones to add first. I haven't come across one artist yet that I couldn't download off of Zune yet.

  • How can a song become popular, if it's not been made available to download?

  • If you rely on itunes or even Zune marketplace to find songs that you like then that's fine, but most people don't rely on these services to FIND artists they like, but to just acquire songs from the ones they already like.

  • If I rely on other people (general populous) to make music popular then I definitely do not want a Zune or Zune Pass. For chrissake look at the crap that comes out of these reality talent shows and is on the billboard lists.

Also, if Mes Woss was successful financial planner he would have 30 large for music. HMMMMMM

    What tool would less be?

  • Ok then you don't have to get a Zune pass it really doesn't bother me honestly. Anyways like I said to the other person below you shouldn't rely on itunes or zune to find artists. Go to purevolume or other sites like that that promote small artists.

  • What is nice about iTunes is that regardless of who the artist is - SOMEBODY likes that artist or song. I think its great that so much content is available. Its not a bad thing at all.

  • I'm not saying having a lot of content is bad, just that it doesn't make itunes BETTER than anything else. And besides like I said iTunes or Zune are not great places to discover new artists anyways, as it takes a lot to get on those services versus something like purevolume.

  • I don't disagree there at all... neither iTunes or Zunepass is the place to "discover" a new artist. I think what some of the comments were leading at was the overall content is much bigger in iTunes and what I was stating was that no matter the popularity you can find almost anything on iTunes. But I'll agree - there are better places to discover new artists, iTunes just happens to have them if you discover one somewhere else - chances are they "may" be on iTunes.

  • itunes has more music because they are international. there are some independent labels zune may not have yet, but if u look for any American bands or artists ur most likely to find them in zune as well.

fyi: zune is going international next update

  • zune will never go international, the failure in the US of the device will never allow it.

  • Dude, it IS going international. Microsoft has already said so.

  • microsoft has recently said they won't being doing it in 2009... "translation"... it will never happen.

  • They can keep it out of the UK. Do not want!

  • but you're stuck with 30 second previews :/

and zune pass lets you download ALL you want and take it with you on your zune. can an ipod do that?

  • Sharing+Availability FACTS:

    iTunes = 5 devices // ZunePass = 3 devices

    iTunes = Mac+Windows // ZunePass = only Windows

    iTunes Store = over 10Million songs (+TV +movies)

Zune Market = under 3Million songs (no movies)

You call 1/3 the size unlimited?

hmm, seems like you're getting what you pay for.

  • So you can spend $3,000,000 on iTunes music, or download 3-million tracks for $14 with Zune.

Clearly different people have different needs, but you can actually save money with Zune, and that's the point.

  • No - my point is since Zune has a fraction of the songs iTunes has, will you even be able to find the songs you want with the $15 bucks they FORCE YOU TO PAY every month.

My point is if Zune has an inferior selection of music and inferior compatibility and inferior sharing potential WHY on Earth let them get away with FORCING YOU TO PAY a fee every month just to keep listening to music you could get anywhere else?

  • You're not forced to pay every month. You opt to pay every month. It's a subscription service, like Netflix.

You said, "to keep listening to music you could get elsewhere." You have to pay for it elsewhere. So if you download two albums it's $20 anywhere else, or $15 from Zune.

I'm not talking about compatibility and track selection, from a purely numbers point of view, Zune is cheaper. You're arguing that Zune's service is inferior. That's fine, it might be. But it's cheaper.

  • I use Netflix. It costs about $18 per month. I don't watch 18 movies every month so Redbox would be cheaper. I prefer Netflix because it is so convenient. I don't even download music, I buy CDs. I'm just looking at the numbers.

  • «not all songs are available via Zune Pass»

makes me feel like: "for some of the most popular songs, you pay an additional

shitload of dollars to hear them. even if you already have a subscription! yeah! that's cool!"

  • so you are basically telling me

Instead of buying whatever amount of music I like a month (often zero)

    I should be:

    1. FORCED to pay for at least 10 songs a month

    2. pay $5 more to sample music (which i can do on youtube)

Oh...to add extra incentive, I get the novelty of playing these samples on a player I currently DO NOT have.

    hmmm.....

  • who is forcing you? You don't have to get the Zune Pass if you get a Zune. It's an optional feature/service

  • youtube. com/watch?v=0wfIO_TysUk

That's all I have to say, microsoft

  • If you listen to loads of music = Zune pass

If you just listen to soulja boy and dumb pop songs = iPod.

  • So you're paying $14.99 to keep 10 songs, and just renting the rest of them? Thats not very good value is it?

  • you should read my above comment and about value and then seen if u feel the same way

  • As a pirate, this advert means nothing to me.

  • Damnit microsoft. you SUCK so bad. your too afraid to mention that once you stop paying, you lose that music. BITCH!

Its like murdering all your favorite artists!

  • You literally just plagiarized Penny-Arcade you shitwad.

  • So i get 10 songs for $15. Sounds Great Wes

  • uhh...I could have sworn apple copied the graphic user interface from Xerox.

also, you compared the iTunes store to Zune Pass which is stupid. You should have compared it to the Zune Marketplace. And you don't have to get the Zune Pass, you can buy music just like in the iTunes Store. The incentive is, that for that $14.99 you can download, play, and sync to your Zune almost any song from the Marketplace and get 10 FREE SONGS to keep forever. So that sounds better to me.

  • At 15$ per Month, you are spending more money for 10 the songs you might own someday.

  • a lot of iTunes songs are now $1.29 so when you have the subscription plan your basically spending about $2 dollars a month for the subscription service.

  • Let put it this way, if you spend $15 in iTunes, you'll get roughly 11 songs, possibly up to 15. If you spend $15 dollars for the Zune Pass, you get 10 songs and in place of that 1 song you can choose from millions of other songs to rent. If there are some more songs you want to own, then you can buy those in addition too, just like in iTunes. If your gonna spend more than $15 a month, the Zune Pass is a greater value.

  • I don't hate Apple, I just hate their fanboys.

  • Am I the only person left who still buys CDs?

    Screw both iTunes and Zunepass.
