All of this Kobe/Lebron comparisons to MJ needs to stop. Neither one will ever be as good as MJ if they tried. If Kobe was so good he would not have disgraced Phil Jackson last year during the 2011 Playooffs by giving up and would have led his team to victory over the Dallas Mavericks, but instead he chose to disgrace Phil Jackson during his last coaching season. MJ would have never allowed Phil Jackson to retire or go out like that. Phil Jackson himself has stated Kobe is no comparison to MJ.

actually some people said including some analysts... that Phil mailed it home this last season. meaning he was already thinking about life after NBA and where his next vacation would be. he hardly coached that team.

anyways the Kobe/Jordan comparisons will never stop. and Kobe will never catch Jordan because of stats, but they are alike. talented individual greedy/ballhogging shooting guards.
