  • sir i want to buy smartdrive from you how for a 5 smartdrive with the rectifier conneted coz i have a project we need to make a windmill generator pls help us and pls !!!!! tell me how much for a 6 unit ???? thank you you have a nice video sir ...

  • @panyolito1929 you could save yourself a lot of money by going to your local rubbish dump and finding a fisher & paykel, LG, or whirlpool washing machine. The rectifiers are available from any electronics shop for very cheap. Freight from NZ to the Phillipines would be ten times what a smartdrive is worth!

  • cool vid, thanks, i am trying to self teach with wiring and such, have you ever thought of adding magnets to your units to increase the output? I see lots of people doing that now.

  • Hello,I'm jack ....I really need a help in a very important situation . I need to buy a motor of this properties (AC Synchronous motor 3-phase {Permanent Magnet} PROTOTYPE)(That have this specifications power=1/6hp=1/8hp and speed range begins from 20 rpm to anything) Can anyone help me telling me about a place or a company that i can get it from it and how much is it? finally ,thank you

  • Cool project! If you run this for very long I'd suggest adding some heat sinking to the rectifiers so they don't burn up.

  • Have you seen this video? Tried to send you the link but it would not let me. Look for...

Free Energy Generator- The real deal!

  • This is awsome. Thank you for sharing. it will be very helpfull.

  • @abeliscain happy to help mate, check the bulletins on my channel for clues on finding a smartdrive motor/generator in the US

  • Cool dude - thanks for the vid :

    )

  • @flowerbower go shave your arse you old grouch

  • Looking for stack-able hub motor and engine design for mid size trucks (half ton to 1 ton)? It must be capable of freeway speed.

  • @beancube2008 And this is related to playing with a scrap washing machine how?

  • Great project - nice one!

  • You do know that you only need 6 diodes for 3 phase rectification?

  • I'm researching something like this, just out of interest there are also (here in UK) old toshiba machines and some newer samsung machines that have direct drive motors, although I don't know if they are similar in spec!

  • Smartdrives are so much fun!, I'm just working on my twin engine driven rig and I'm wondering if there are any advantages to rectifying them to DC?

  • Thats very smart ! its steppingmotor, You can find same solution in latest LG washing mashines (they called them DIRECT DRIVE)

  • Thanks for the tip about LG machines, alot of people ask where to get these units. I believe some F&P dishwashers also have smartdrive motors

  • This is not a steppingmotor but a synchronous motor! this motor is also used in hydro plant (but than a few times larger ;)

  • thanks

  • How does one in the us get one of these smart drive units? Does all washing machines have these drives?

  • look for a fisher & paykel washing machine with 'smartdrive' written on the control panel or else check out 'ecoinnovationDOTcoDOTnz' and tell michael he should be paying me a commission!

  • can you ship one to me in the US? Cant get them here...

  • The coils do look meaty. What volt and amp output are you getting from the converted generator, at high rpm? Do you realize that you can split the motor into half generator and half motor (rotoverter)? Here's a video which does just that to power lighting:

  • Thank You.
