You can get supplies *very* inexpensively on ebay. Three dimensional sculptured nails have become very, very popular for those who know where to get them done. Gwen Stefani usually is sporting them. Google 'Japanese nail art.'

It's also called Gradation nail liquid lame. You can use over polish to get that sort of melted or blurred look on nail.

I've been looking all over the internet for the product. Do you know where I can buy it online? That Gradation Nail Liquid Lame that is. I've seen it in Japanese magazine ads and some Japanese websites but I just can't find an American online store that sells it. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks! =D
