Love Plymouth! Back in 68 my parents got me my own Retro-57 pedal Plymouth for Christmas. It was the longer body version in shiny red, white cushioned seat and white rubber airplane-type steering wheel, battery operated headlights and horn, real chrome parts like the face, the rear, the windshield frame, and the wheels. I tell you, I was the happiest kid on the block! Of course, back then toys were earned with good behavior and good grades, not entitled and demanded like nowadays.
I bet most people who looked at this commercial would assume it's for a 1960 model car. Nope - "Suddenly, it's 1960!" was the slogan for the 1957 Plymouths.
