i know that but i wish they have streetview and stuff...its because of the Bejing-Taiwan Controversy, Google is playing it safe by not making ANY Street View for Taiwan.

Actually you're 100% wrong on that. Google's already shot the photos in Taipei and at least a couple of other places, if not everywhere. Their trucks were seen - and photographed - plenty of times late last year, like December-ish, if I remember right, and possibly earlier this year too. It's just a matter of waiting for them to process it all, stitch it together, and upload it.
